To deliver on the same commitment and vision, we are excited to announce that we have launched HackerGuardian 2.0 which has:
We value your business and also understand that cost for any service is critical to your business and would like to announce that HackerGuardian 2.0 is being offered with the same packages at the same price. Existing accounts cannot purchase licenses during the account migration process. To ensure you never lose access to scanning, any licenses due to expire during this period will be extended for free.
Your current account will be migrated seamlessly to HackerGuardian 2.0. In the coming weeks, you will receive an account activation email from Sectigo Limited Support@Sectigo.com with the subject "Sectigo HackerGuardian Registration", please do not ignore this.
Order Management System Migration
Once your migration to HackerGuardian 2.0 is complete, we will also migrate your old order management system account to the new and improved order management system. This will make it much easier to purchase additional IP Address packs and renew your license.
You will receive an email instructing you on how to move to the new order management portal shortly after your migration to HackerGuardian 2.0.
IP Addresses will be migrated to the new PCI portal so they are ready to scan when you first login. Unfortunately due to the way the new PCI portal operates, domains cannot be migrated. You will need to login to the new portal and add your domains.
To add domains on the home page click "Asset Wizard", then click "next" and "next" again. Now click "Add new domains" and set the domains you own. If you have a lot of existing domains you can contact support, and we can supply you with a suitable list from the old portal. The IP Addresses of these domains are then resolved and you should select which IP Addresses to add for scanning. The scan reports will show the domain in addition to the IP Address for relevant vulnerabilities.
